Geetha Anantharaman – Designated Partner & CEO
Geetha has over 25 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Service Delivery and Process Transformation, in Global Shared Services in third-party and captive environments. She has helmed leadership roles in TVS, Citigroup, WIPRO, TCS, Maersk and Cognizant and is an expert in setting up and leading teams across horizontals, functional towers and verticals. She is credited with setting up a Rural BPO and for leading an all-women centre in the Middle East.
She holds certifications in CISA, Six Sigma Green Belt and Quality Champion and has received several awards, including the “Best Manager Award”, “CEO Award for Leadership and Teamwork” and “Partner in Progress Award” from her former organisations.

Sivakumar has over 28 years of corporate experience across multiple domains. He has managed multi-lingual, multi-locational global customers to deliver services in Finance & Accounts, Supplier Chain Management, Master Data Management, Order Management and Corporate Banking. His former work experience spans Wipro. TCS eServe, Ford India Limited, Kothari Sugars, Coates of India Ltd and TVS Sundaram Motors. He is credited with playing the role of Global Service Delivery Head for Outsourced Customer Projects and has experience in handling Transitions (Lift, Shift, Transform and Stabilize) Operations and Service Delivery for global customers in Shared Service Centres for both captive and third-party entities.

Ravan is the former CEO of iSOFT, an international supplier of software applications for the healthcare sector. He is credited with building iSOFT from 0 to 1,800+ employees, making it the largest healthcare company outside USA. He is Co-founder of the Zanec Group of companies and is on the board of 5 tech companies based in the UK, USA and India.

Vijayaraghavan brings to the table over 25 years of corporate experience in senior management roles. His last role was as Executive Director-Finance at iSOFT R&D, India. He is also Visiting Faculty at prominent business schools including LIBA (Loyola Institute of Business Administration), Chennai.
